Professional Biography

Ms. Lyman Dowling is responsible for due diligence collection and review in new matters, working with Firm attorneys to mitigate risk of loss.

Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Ms. Lyman Dowling worked in the Firm's Complex Litigation Group, and she has significant experience in creditors' rights and bankruptcy litigation. She also has extensive training in negotiation, conflict resolution, and the psychology of conflict.
