Charles W. "Chuck" Ferguson primarily concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures related to health care entities with a focus on ambulatory surgery centers, physician clinic acquisitions, and affiliations with management and population health companies. Chuck regularly advises health care clients with regard to federal and state anti-kickback and self-referral laws, corporate practice of medicine and fee-splitting prohibitions as well as general contracting issues.
Although a substantial portion of Chuck's practice is related to advising health care related clients, he also advises clients in other industries in connection with general corporate transactions such as asset and stock purchases, mergers, partnerships, disengagements, and wind-downs, as well as on going contractual and business planning needs.
