Drawing on her robust experience in estate and trust administration, Jennifer Exum advises individuals and families on probate, estate and tax planning, conservatorships, and advises and defends them in situations where litigation is necessary. Her focus on estate administration and litigation informs every aspect of her practice, as she sees firsthand the tremendous impact effective estate planning can have on a family and the devastating consequences which can come from a lack of planning.
Jennifer counsels clients, including executors, trustees, heirs, and advisors, on matters ranging from simple estates to highly complex business transitions with challenging family dynamics. She works with clients to correct title issues pertaining to inherited real estate, and she helps clients navigate the administration of international assets and property in multiple states. Jennifer also assists the Hamilton County Chancery Court through her service as a court-appointed Receiver over businesses in decedents' estates, and with insolvent or complex estate administrations involving judgment creditors, liens, and state and federal tax issues.
