(Baton Rouge, LA / June 7, 2016) Baker Donelson announces the arrival of Elizabeth Liner to the Firm's Baton Rouge office.
Ms. Liner joins as an associate in Baker Donelson's Labor & Employment Group where she helps advise clients on day to day employment decisions regarding discipline, termination and potential impact. She helps to defend clients in claims brought under Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, OSHA and other grievances through litigation, mediation and arbitration. Ms. Liner also has experience managing Department of Labor investigations and responding to EEOC charges, and handling arbitration of union disputes.
A 2012 magna cum laude graduate of the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, Ms. Liner served as a judicial extern to Judge Jim Brady during law school.
