Erno D. Lindner helps financial institutions to recover and restructure loans, including commercial loans for CMBS servicers and individual loans for residential mortgage servicers.

Professional Biography


As a shareholder in the Firm's Chattanooga office, Mr. Lindner also represents secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy courts across the country in contested matters and adversary proceedings.

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Lindner served as a federal law clerk for the Honorable David S. Kennedy, the Chief Bankruptcy Judge of the Western District of Tennessee. Mr. Lindner is fluent in Hungarian and studied in Budapest, Hungary, as part of a law school study abroad program.
