As Artificial Intelligence (AI) and related technology further develop, and with ChatGPT making headlines, AI and related issues are having more of an impact than ever before. In this Breakfast Briefing, we will study AI from an employment law perspective and look at issues critical to employers and HR professionals. Topics to include: recent EEOC guidance, AI policies, ChatGPT policies, use of AI for creating job descriptions, and for other employment-related matters.
