An updated E-Verify Participation Poster is now available for participating employers in the federal E-Verify program. The new poster informs all current and prospective employees of their legal rights, protections and responsibilities throughout the employment eligibility verification process.
Employers are required to clearly display the English and Spanish E-Verify Participation Poster and have the option to display any of the 19 foreign language versions of the poster. Employers should replace previous versions of the poster with the most recent versions. The latest version of the E-Verify Participation Poster is available for download when participants log into E-Verify, under 'View Essential Resources' (Section 1.2).
More information regarding E-Verify is available from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Visit Baker Donelson's immigration website to view past publications and learn more about employment-related immigration law.
