This breakfast briefing will discuss employer handbooks, including the policies that the EEOC will look for in an investigation. It will also present for consideration some policies that can be beneficial to employers in certain circumstances, as well as a few policies that will potentially expose employers to liability. The briefing will be an interactive discussion with questions and answers.
