Jeff Pomeroy, chair of the Real Estate Group, focuses his practice on development, acquisition, disposition, leasing, management and financing of commercial and mixed-use real estate projects.

Professional Biography


Mr. Pomeroy has extensive retail, office, hospitality, multi-family and mixed-use real estate experience. He regularly handles all phases of purchase, sale, lease and loan transactions. He advises and assists clients with issues relating to the development, construction, financing, leasing, management, operation and disposition of commercial real estate assets, including issues related to joint venture structure and formation, project entitlements and development incentives.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Pomeroy was general counsel for a full-service real estate company that specializes in the development and operation for private and institutional investors of large-format lifestyle and mixed-use projects across the country.
