Join the Jackson Labor & Employment Group for Breakfast Briefings 2.0! The Group will present a six-part series on the life cycle of our hypothetical employee, Bob. The program features a 15 – 20 minute substantive presentation followed by an "Ask Anything" Q&A session for the remainder of the hour.
The second session will explore various employment agreements, including written employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and non-solicitation agreements, as well as policies all employee handbooks should include. While each session is a stand-alone presentation, we hope that you can attend all six sessions as we follow "Bob" from hire to ultimate separation with many bumps along the way.
