The Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has been very busy in recent months creating new compliance obligations and issues for federal contractors and subcontractors. This session will discuss the various new and developing areas of focus for OFCCP, such as the new Final Rule on Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces, as well as the Agency's new Sex Discrimination Guidelines, all with an eye towards practical impact and proactive compliance.
