All summer long, your employees have been vacationing, attending family reunions, celebrating holidays, and, of course, sharing it all on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram! With the prevalence of social media it is much more likely today that employees' off-duty conduct will become known to their employer. We all understand that employees are entitled to a private life.
