Andrea Powers will provide an overview of the newly-released regulations on expanded wellness programs and permissible premium differentials for those who participate. After reviewing these rules, we will open up the floor to address ACA-related questions, including shared-responsibility provisions and how employers are implementing practical compliance with these requirements.
