(Birmingham, AL/August 7, 2012) For the third consecutive year, Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC has been recognized in Business Alabama's "Best Companies to Work for in Alabama" list, named as the "Best Large Company to Work for in Alabama" in the 2012 edition.
Baker Donelson also topped the "Best Large Company" category in Business Alabama's 2011 list, as well as the "Best Medium Company" category in 2010.

Earlier this year, Baker Donelson was ranked 54th in FORTUNE magazine's annual "100 Best Companies to Work For" list.
The "Best Companies to Work for in Alabama" list is compiled by Pennsylvania-based Best Companies Group, which manages the overall registration and survey process. Each organization is asked to complete a lengthy questionnaire capturing detailed information regarding the organization's human resource practices, organization policies and procedures, organization culture and a wide range of demographic information. Employees take shorter surveys, ranking their satisfaction with various aspects of the company, as well as answering open-ended questions about their workplace.
