(Memphis, TN/July 26, 2012) Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC has been ranked among the top five in the 2013 edition of Vault, Inc.'s "Best Law Firms to Work For." This prominent national ranking is based on feedback from thousands of law firm associates across the country who were asked to rate their law firms on a 1-to-10 scale for a number of quality-of-life categories.
In its third year to participate in the annual survey, Baker Donelson achieved a ranking of 4th in the overall Best Law Firms to Work For list. The Firm also achieved a 2nd place ranking in the categories of Transparency and Hours, and achieved rankings among the top 10 law firms nationally in six other categories: 4th in Firm Culture; 5th in Associate/Partner Relations and Formal Training; 7th in Satisfaction and Informal Training; and 9th in Pro Bono.
Baker Donelson also received notable rankings for diversity, scoring 9th for Best Diversity Overall, 4th for Diversity for Women, and 6th for Diversity for Minorities.
