Baker Donelson received one of four honorary awards presented to small business leaders and advocates in the community at the BBA's 2012 Small Business Awards celebration held in downtown Birmingham.

Earlier this year, Baker Donelson was named the "Best Large Company to Work for in Alabama" by Business Alabama and the "Corporate Citizen of the Year" by the Birmingham Business Journal.
The Birmingham Business Alliance was created by the merger of the Birmingham Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Metropolitan Development Board, and focuses on the economic growth of the entire seven-county Birmingham region.
