Join us for an opportunity to review recent developments in the laws and regulations impacting employee compensation. We will examine the fundamentals of the Fair Labor Standards Act exempt and nonexempt employee classifications, and take a timely look at the overtime and compensation issues arising out of the increasing use of technology in today's workplace. This session will also examine the impact of the recently enacted Fair Pay Act, as well as the importance of correctly classifying independent contractors.
