Tennessee residents have seen increased rights over the years to carry guns. Some have questioned whether we are moving in the direction of the gun-toting "Wild West." This session focuses on recent legal developments regarding a person's rights to carry or store a gun in the workplace and the employer's rights to limit or prohibit guns in the workplace. This gun "dual" will make for a lively and informative discussion of this important topic.
