Successfully appealed an action brought by a newspaper seeking access to application materials in the possession of a nonprofit professional association under the Tennessee Public Records Act, obtaining reversal on appeal.

Obtained judgment in state court for a commercial aviation distributor for unpaid goods; successfully recovered funds from debtor's bank account to satisfy the judgment.

Obtained summary judgment for a Memphis-based company in a gender and retaliation case in federal court in the Western District of Tennessee.
