Noah Kressler Joins Baker Donelson's Corporate Finance and Securities Group

(New Orleans, LA / July 6, 2015) Noah Kressler has joined Baker Donelson's New Orleans office as of counsel in the Firm's Corporate Finance and Securities Group.

Mr. Kressler is an experienced corporate finance and transactional attorney whose practice covers a wide range of capital markets, securities law and general corporate matters. He has significant experience advising public and private companies, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, investment banks and stockholders in public and private offerings of equity and debt, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, private placements, strategic investments and acquisition financing. He also advises clients on general corporate and business matters, corporate governance issues and securities law compliance. Mr. Kressler represents clients across numerous industries, including financial services, health care, retail, internet and entertainment and media.

Mr. Kressler joins Baker Donelson from Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he practiced in New York and London. He is a graduate of Tulane Law School, where he has served as an adjunct professor of law.
