During this interactive session, we will take a close look at the significant legislative and regulatory actions and case law decisions affecting employment law in 2012, and we will discuss how those actions and decisions have impacted the workplace. We will also look ahead into the new year and discuss what employers can expect from an employment law standpoint in 2013.
