Due to overwhelming interest, we are pleased to offer an additional webinar on this topic. The Department of Labor has dramatically increased the number of employees who must be paid on an hourly basis. Previously, employees who earned $455.00 per week (or $23,660.00 per year) could qualify for exempt status. Now, the DOL has increased the threshold for exempt status to $50,440.00 per year. This increase will cause a number of employees who have previously been classified as exempt to be non-exempt, meaning they must now be paid on an hourly basis.
Join us for a complimentary webinar on these new regulations and learn how to comply, plan, budget and prepare for the changes. You will leave with a roadmap on how best to implement these changes in your company.
