Anthony Argiropoulos is the national litigator that health care providers, retailers, and commercial enterprises want in their corner when big, complex problems threaten their operations.

Professional Biography

Health care providers and commercial enterprises facing high-stakes, complex legal disputes turn to Anthony Argiropoulos. Anthony attacks every case with a smart-aggressive, strategic, and disruptive approach focused on winning – whether tackling provider-payer issues, complex contract disputes, unfair competition and business torts, or statutory claims. Since 2023, he has delivered more than $1 billion for clients through awards, judgments, and settlements; and he has successfully defeated claims in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Clients and press credit his strategy-driven approach and effective use of the counterpunch to disrupt the status quo and reach successful outcomes. Anthony has developed an impressive track record tackling high exposure matters for health care providers, large retailers, and other businesses across the United States. Through collaborative problem-solving and unconventional approaches to litigation, he develops game-changing strategies focused on critical pressure points and opportunities that he leverages to win. Recognizing and understanding the challenges in-house counsel face, Anthony outlines paths to achieving each client's ultimate legal and business goals.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the U.S. House of Representatives Oversight Committee sought Anthony's advice and insight into unfair commercial practices and price gouging for personal protective equipment and other essential commodities. He frequently appears before the New Jersey Supreme Court as amicus, advocating on behalf of health care non-profits.
