Based in the Firm's Jackson, Mississippi, office, Ms. Elder advises privately held and publicly held casino operators, gaming-related manufacturers, casino management companies, investors, developers, commercial lenders, and private equity firms on licensure, regulatory compliance, administrative hearings, financing, and project development. She is an experienced gaming attorney and regularly appears before the Mississippi Gaming Commission. Ms. Elder has extensive experience representing casino operators, gaming manufacturers, investors, and financial institutions, and her clients include some of the largest gaming operators and equipment manufacturers in the industry.
Ms. Elder serves on the board of trustees for the International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA) and as co-chair of the 2025 International Gaming Summit Program Committee.
