Mr. Geyer is an associate in the Firm's Nashville office and a member of the Real Estate Group.
He represents developers and builders in real estate transactions, such as drafting purchase and sale agreements; declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions; commercial and residential lease agreements; and other related loan documents. He also provides guidance for homeowner and condominium associations on a range of matters, including enforcement of restrictions and interpretation of governing documents.
Mr. Geyer completed a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Judge Richard Dinkins of the Tennessee Court of Appeals in Nashville, Tennessee. Before that, he clerked for the Honorable Kelvin Jones of the Davidson County Circuit Court and the Honorable Joseph A. Woodruff, Michael W. Binkley, James G. Martin III, and Deanna B. Johnson in the 21st Judicial District Circuit and Chancery Courts in Williamson County, Tennessee.
