This session will discuss how to identify and respond to substance abuse in the workplace. We will also discuss legal implications under the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and other employment laws. This session also covers new considerations in light of recent developments set forth by OSHA and the impact of drugs and alcohol on workplace safety.
