The current workforce consists of up to five generations including Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation Xers and Millennials. Each generation presents unique assets, views and challenges. Please join us for a breakfast briefing to discuss the different traits and characteristics of each generation and strategies on how to effectively communicate with, train and leverage the diverse views and working potential of each generation. We will also address tips on how to reduce the potentially negative impact of generational biases in our employment decision-making and to avoid age discrimination and harassment claims.
