Mr. Wampler is an associate located in the Firm's Nashville office and a member of the Advocacy Department.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Wampler served in the United States Army where he worked in Aviation Operations and was selected as the 1st Aviation Brigade Soldier of the Year. After his service, he attended Clemson University and the University of Tennessee College of Law. As a law student, Mr. Wampler received the Excellence for the Future Award in both Securities Regulation and Legal Writing, given to the top performing student in each subject. His extensive research on Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and its impact on social media companies has been published in the Tennessee Law Review. In addition to his studies, Mr. Wampler worked diligently as an executive editor on the Tennessee Law Review and honed his advocacy skills through moot court opportunities like the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition. Prior to joining the Firm, he interned with Baker Donelson where he worked on issues in complex business litigation, securities litigation, and client internal investigations.
