Kelscey assists clients in commercial litigation, insurance defense, and insurance coverage matters, including property damage, premises liability, negligent security, auto negligence, and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) matters.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Kelscey practiced in law firms in New Jersey and Florida where she handled complex commercial litigation and insurance defense matters. During and after law school, she completed multiple clerkships and internships. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Hany A. Mawla, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division. Kelscey also served as a legal intern to the Honorable Patty Shwartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Honorable Madeline Cox Arleo of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of New Jersey.
