Professional Biography


Meg is an associate located in the Firm's Nashville office and a member of the Advocacy Department. She assists clients in a variety of litigation and government enforcement matters, including complex commercial disputes, antitrust matters, bid protests and claims, insurance disputes, and FINRA investigations. In the government contracts space, Meg assists clients in the health care, logistics, construction, and telecommunications industries at every stage of the procurement process, from preparing bids to navigating protests and claims.

Meg regularly assists clients throughout every step of the trial process, from depositions and pretrial motions to drafting witness examinations, managing exhibits in the courtroom, and giving oral arguments during trial. Her practice also includes appellate work, where she has written several appellate briefs in both federal and state courts, obtaining favorable outcomes for her clients.

While in law school, Meg clerked for Magistrate Judge Chip Frensley in the Middle District of Tennessee. Additionally, she organized Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law's 2023 Symposium, "Offside: The Modern Landscape of Law and Sports."
