In this program, Katie Dwyer and Nelson Suarez will provide a brief refresher on the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and discuss practical steps to deter and prevent FMLA misuse. The webinar will also discuss the interplay between the FMLA and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as how to handle leave requests to comply with both laws.
