Professional Biography


Ms. Reynolds is an associate located in Baker Donelson's Orlando office and a member of the Advocacy Department. She assists clients throughout Florida's state and federal courts in matters such as contract disputes, breach of contract, lease enforcements, warranty litigation, and construction litigation. Ms. Reynolds also assists clients obtaining Public Assistance funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), including providing regulatory compliance advice with respect to procurement under federal grants (2 CFR Part 200) and preparing administrative appeals of adverse assistance decisions by FEMA.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Reynolds served as a legal intern for the University of Florida College of Law's Gender Justice Clinic, where she assisted clients with an array of legal and social needs and was a member of the Florida Law Trial Team. She served as a certified legal intern for the Office of the Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where she assisted clients in defending county criminal cases. Ms. Reynolds also served as a clerk to the Honorable Patricia L. Strowbridge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
