For more than 30 years, Ms. Wittmann has maintained an active and diverse litigation practice, appearing in state and federal courts on both the trial and appellate levels, as well as before administrative boards. She has defended national and international product manufacturers, gambling, maritime and ground transportation interests, insurance companies, and governmental agencies in casualty, commercial and toxic tort matters. She also has experience defending LHWCA claims before the Office of Administrative Law Judges, and the Benefits Review Board.
Ms. Wittmann's extensive litigation experience also includes the handling of medical malpractice claims. She has worked on numerous cases from file opening through medical review panel, trial and appeal, and has been on both the defense and plaintiff side, which gives her a strategic advantage both before and inside the courtroom. Her professional malpractice experience is just as diverse, having defended pharmacists, physicians and mental health professionals.
