Alexandria Hartill is an attorney in Baker Donelson's Nashville office and a member of the eDiscovery Group. She has considerable experience with participating in a variety of aspects of litigation discovery.

Ms. Hartill counsels corporate clients on various information governance issues including, but not limited to, institutional legal hold implementation and compliance, negotiation of electronically stored information production protocols and strategies for information scope and discovery requests in both litigation and regulatory actions. She develops and implements strategic approaches to discovery in litigation and government investigations including advising on review workflows, expedited discovery compliance, and methodologies for conducting discovery.

Her experience includes serving as the primary point of contact between management team and reviewers to ensure that project requirements are met; managing data preservation, collection, processing, and document review administration; implementing protocols and managing large scale document reviews; and preparing documents for production pursuant to electronic discovery protocols and assist clients with exhibit and deposition preparation.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Alexandria served as Discovery Counsel and Project Manager at a national law firm and as a mediator for the State of Tennessee Bureau of Workers Compensation.
