Ambassador Andrew Bremberg, a strategic affiliate of Baker Donelson's Government Relations and Public Policy Group in the Washington, D.C., office, is a distinguished public policy leader with extensive experience in shaping domestic and international policy at the highest levels of government.

Professional Biography


Previously, he served as Assistant to the President and the director of the Domestic Policy Council for President Donald Trump and as Permanent Representative of the United Nations in Geneva during the first Trump administration. Amb. Bremberg is a leading authority on domestic and international policy issues and was a close advisor to President Trump and the Trump administration. He directly advised President Trump and led the development of regulatory and legislative strategies covering more than 10 cabinet agencies, and he worked closely with the cabinet secretaries to ensure these policies were implemented. As a strategic advisor to Baker Donelson, Amb. Bremberg provides guidance to clients on policy developments, regulatory actions, positions taken by the administration, and the potential impact of executive orders and various administrative actions announced by the Trump administration. With deep knowledge of the political landscape, he delivers strategic insights and detailed solutions to organizations navigating changes under the new administration.

Amb. Bremberg's more than 20 years of public service experience has included serving as Policy Advisor and Counsel on Nominations for the Office of Senate Majority Leader. He also worked for the non-profit MITRE Corporation as a senior health policy analyst and department manager and for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services during the George W. Bush administration.
