Claire Fox Hodge is an associate in the Firm's Nashville office, focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and white-collar criminal defense. She represents individuals, businesses, and international corporations, working closely with her clients to develop legal solutions that are both innovative and practical.

Professional Biography


Claire has handled a wide variety of complex civil and criminal cases through all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, and dispositive motions; preparing corporate witnesses for deposition; responding to state and federal civil investigative demands; and managing large-scale document collection, review, and production projects. Passionate about proactively identifying and mitigating litigation risks, Claire has developed specialized knowledge in e-discovery and information management, including evaluating, drafting, and implementing corporate record retention policies and e-discovery procedures.

After graduating law school, Claire completed a six-month fellowship in the Consumer Protection Division of the Tennessee Attorney General's Office, where she played an active role in investigating and preventing commercial misconduct.
