Our Dallas attorneys exemplify the Firm's commitment to adding lawyers whose industry knowledge, practice areas, and overall experience align with the needs of our clients. These attorneys partner with clients to solve legal and business problems primarily in the areas of government enforcement and investigations and financial services litigation and compliance. As an extension of our Houston office, our Dallas lawyers build on the Firm's presence in the dynamic Texas legal market. Financial Services Associate – All Offices (Charlotte or Raleigh, NC preferred) (#790)

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a mid-level associate with four or more years of debt finance experience to join its thriving Financial Services Transaction practice. Specific experience representing lenders and borrowers on leveraged finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security agreements and other primary loan documents, as well as managing transaction closings and supervising junior associates and paralegals is preferred. Experience with mezzanine finance or other private credit funds is a plus. Applicants who have excellent analytical and writing skills, as well as a strong understanding of acquisition financing, are sought to become a part of a nationally recognized financial services team.
