About the Fort Lauderdale Office:

Baker Donelson's Fort Lauderdale office serves its clients in a variety of specialties including commercial litigation, financial services litigation and compliance, insurance, transportation, products liability, health care, cybersecurity and maritime/admiralty matters. From this central location, our team of professionals covers all of South Florida, from Miami to Palm Beach.

We opened our doors in Fort Lauderdale in 2013 to address a special need: a significant amount of litigation arising out of consumer finance and mortgage foreclosure claims. As a result, the office brings deep experience to representing lenders with originations, acquisitions, servicing and disposition of commercial loans, including all types of distressed assets. In early 2016, our Fort Lauderdale team expanded its service offering by adding lawyers in other specialties to address a broader range of business needs.

This dynamic and diverse team of professionals works closely with and is supported by lawyers from across Baker Donelson's platform of more than 650 attorneys in 24 offices in 11 states and Washington, D.C.
