Professional Biography


Gillian Felix is an associate in Baker Donelson's Baltimore office and a member of the Firm's Labor & Employment Group. She represents clients before state and federal courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor, and several other tribunals, advising and defending clients on all aspects of employment and compliance issues.

With experience in more than 25 trials, Ms. Felix is a skilled litigator whose work includes assisting clients in defending against various claims of discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour violation allegations, disability issues, retaliation, whistleblower claims, and breach of contract. She also participates in state and federal investigations related to these matters.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Felix served as an assistant state attorney in the Office of the State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida, where she tried misdemeanor and felony jury cases. She subsequently garnered experience at other firms in commercial and business litigation, premises liability, and construction litigation.
