Professional Biography

As a member of the Financial Services Litigation and Compliance Group, Mr. Stephan represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including financial services litigation, fiduciary litigation, and trust and estate dispute resolutions.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Stephan obtained trial experience at a midsize litigation firm, where he conducted legal research, engaged in discovery, and represented clients in mediations, hearings, and trials.

After law school, Mr. Stephan served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Colleen A. Cavanaugh of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
