Professional Biography


As a native German, Max represents national and international clients expanding into the U.S. and serves as their U.S. in-house counsel. He also assists clients with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring across numerous industry sectors, such as manufacturing. 

Max provides strategic counsel to foreign-owned and U.S. companies of all sizes, both public and private, as well as individuals in the fields of corporate and commercial law. He advises on ongoing operations, including supply chain contracts and corporate governance.

  • Established the U.S. presence for a Dubai-based software company, including drafting technology contracts and providing labor and employment advice.

  • Advised a publicly traded French technology company on its U.S. restructuring and providing general ongoing corporate advice.

  • Advised a large German food supplier on a U.S. acquisition and restructuring, as well as providing ongoing corporate, contractual, and labor and employment advice.
