This opinion and its progeny create a critical need for employers to update potentially problematic policies but have made it significantly more difficult to do so. We will take a deep dive into key recent NLRB decisions and discuss what they mean, develop practical tips for revising your handbooks and workplace policies, and learn how to avoid common handbook traps and pitfalls.
