Om focuses his practice on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, corporate governance, and the structuring of venture capital investments. He advises venture capital firms through series funding investments and assists with fund establishment, and he advises private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.
Om has led due diligence initiatives, revised disclosure schedules with precision, and drafted various contracts and agreements, including operating agreements, resolutions, officer certificates, and financing statements. He also has experience preparing entity formation documents for private equity clients.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Om worked in the private equity practice group at one of the largest international law firms in the world.
