Professional Biography


Tracy focuses his practice on complex litigation and class action matters. With more than 35 years of experience, he specializes in general litigation, product liability, toxic torts, premises liability, and business litigation. Tracy handles litigation for clients on a regional and national basis, which has provided him extensive litigation experience, including jury trial experience, in both federal and state courts.

Tracy regularly represents product manufacturers within the Firm's footprint in significant personal injury and property damage matters.
