W. Patton Hahn has been named the managing shareholder of Baker Donelson's Birmingham office.
Mr. Hahn assumes the role from Jenna M. Bedsole, who was recently named by AutoZone to serve as its general counsel and secretary.

While serving as office managing shareholder, Mr. Hahn will maintain his legal practice, which is focused on representing banks, private equity lenders, loan servicers and other financial institutions, real estate companies, commercial contractors, and materials suppliers in contract and other transactional disputes involving business entities, commercial real estate, leasing, and related matters. Mr. Hahn also has extensive experience litigating and negotiating complex, multi-party commercial disputes, contractual disputes, receivership cases, complex real property and zoning litigation, shareholder disputes and other corporate governance litigation, and commercial fraud cases.
Mr. Hahn is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry, the Turnaround Management Association, and the Construction Suppliers Association.
